Ohh '90s action movies and your hilariously bad accents/foreign languages (and radar/sonar tech, lol!!). :-P Since I was annoyed at Jack Ryan and didn't root for Capt. Ramius to reach the U.S., I think this was mostly lost on me.
Exciting moments, but not a smooth flow and too high-tension to be effective.
