It was decent, way more action then the last, decently fast paced, well flowing storyline, and from what I've heard it matches the Novel. I guess I just expected a much bigger war, not like a rushed ending that made the Capitol look much weaker then ever expected.
Seemed too easy winning the war. Definitely worth a watch, just my personal thoughts.
