Review of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1 (2014) by Mike S — 07 Apr 2015

This is another good installment of the Hunger Game series. I found the new cast members distracting, famous and talented actors who are essentially under-utilized, but appreciate their desire to be a part of this story.

This film was greatly enhanced for me in watching the behind-the-scenes extras on Blu-ray. This cast and crew have so much passion for these books, and really grew into a family together, and that really comes through in all of the effort to make this 3rd and pivotal installment so enjoyable to watch.
