Beautifully directed, the Hunger Games trilogy is slowly coming to an end as well with this first part of the finale. Although the plot in this is well thought out and very politically based, the movie drags in terms of the whole book being only around 300 to 400 pages.
There might not be enough action to entertain everyone, but for some its slower pace makes it a solid movie in this franchise and a good lead-in to the grand finale.
