Review of The Hunger (1983) by David B — 13 May 2010
A decent vampire flick, more about ageing and death than shocks and frights. The cast are all good, but it looks very dated now. In some ways it's like a 90 minute music video. At least Tony Scott manages to keep the camera still and focused, unlike his recent nauseating shaky-cam efforts.
