DRAMA/ SUSPENSE.
There's something genuine when a film involves casting thousands upon thousands of extras!! Using what look like actual churches that do not look like play sets comparing with films as of late when films are using CGI to create more people and fake sets that do not exist!! Mauren O' Hara's first starring film role and Charles Laughton brilliant performance as the Hunchback who portrays his character well by making him very sympathic and that is very hard for a film to do!! One of the best screen adaptions from a book!!
