Review of The Humbling (2014) by Hugo G — 26 Jan 2015
Black Swan meets Coen brothers but not done as cool as it sounds.
An aged and addled actor has his world turned upside down after he embarks upon an affair with a lesbian, in this acidulous adaptation of the Philip Roth novel.
The movie is a big mix bag the acting humor is strong no weak spots there, the pacing can get odd. at times and even though the movie can be fun, but we have seen this story done better in other movies,.
