I saw this movie for the first time last night, and I was amazed! Tom Six is an absolute genius and yes, I consider this movie a masterpiece. The acting, especially by Dieter Laser is just awesome and with that chilling ending, I think that makes the movie pretty real for me.
Now I just can't wait to watch The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence)! :D.
