Not as gross as I was expecting. If this is truly gross to many of you I must be desensitized. My main problem with the movie was how dumb some of the characters acted. The girl manages to escape but returns to try to drag her friend out and thus gets caught again.
. she should have ran away anyway and got help. Not to mention they manage to knock down the doctor but don't finish him off.. and when he does crawl at them face to face with a small scalpel.. the Japanese man is armed with a longer weapon - a lamp that he could have easily used to kill the doctor.
What does he do? He then grabs a shard of glass and kills himself... he could have easily killed the doctor and ended their nightmare!!
