Review of The Hudsucker Proxy (1994) by Seann C — 15 Aug 2008
I'll be the first to admit I wasn't aware of this movie until recently. Now that I've seen it, I can say that it possesses the heart, whimsy, and satire that made me enjoy the Cohen's "Raising Arizona".
Tim Robbins deviates perfectly from the naive mail room worker with integrity and dreams to a morally reprehensible man about town. Jennifer Jason Leigh also handles the role of headstrong 1950's dame very convincingly.
It's a pleasure to watch.
