Review of The Hudsucker Proxy (1994) by Zac O — 02 Mar 2012
It has a very "Terry Gilliamesque" feel to it that makes it what it is. The Hood-a-Hoop montage was absolutely brilliant to watch. It's not Intellectually promising or emotional intense. It's a simple minded film that becomes a highlight in the Coen Bros.
Strange early Artistic Integrity.
