While the script is so-so, it's the special f/x that make this worth seeing. For the first time, a man changes into a werewolf without using superimposed images. A foreshadowing of "American Werewolf in London.
" I saw this at a sneak preview in NYC & people enjoyed it so much, a lot of them left afterwards without bothering to stay for the main feature.
