Not sure how I missed 'The Howling' until now, it is after all a classic of the genre. I had seen other films in the series but never this one. This isn't bad - its a little dated effects wise but it holds up - a few scares, some nice gruesome transformations.
Belinda Balaski was particularly predatory! I liked Dante's social commentary at the end - that was very poignant. A decent werewolf fare from the eighties.
