Couldn't get into it. I wasn't keen on the child actor. A better actor was his friend from the school who played Tarby. Jack Black was tolerable but Cate Blanchett , a fine actress had nothing here.
Her character comes alive at the end. What a stupid script. So Kyle McClachan wanted him and his honey to be the only people alive after destroying mankind? House was great, atmospheric. Just all a bit silly.
