Review of The House That Jack Built (2018) by Sara T — 20 Oct 2018
The movie had me fully engaged until the last ten minutes or the 'epilogue', maybe i'm not artsy enough or something but it just seemed completely detached from the rest of the movie. I do love a lot of his other films like dancer in the dark, the nymphomaniac movies, and antichrist but the ending to this one just left me wanting a bit more.
Otherwise the film was true to his style and I loved the majority of it.
