Review of The House on Sorority Row (1982) by Mark P — 03 Feb 2008
I never got to rent this as a kid during my main slasher phase (age 10-13) because I couldn't bring myself to hand the box, with the near-naked broad on the cover, to my mom or dad to rent.
So, it's a decent movie, as far as slashers go, and as far as slashers that were released in the early-to-mid-80s heyday of slashers, it was better than most.
The cute main girl reminds me of a girl I knew in high school and the bitch character was, I'm pretty sure, on a soap opera my mom used to watch when I was a kid.
