Review of The House of the Devil (2009) by Brian R — 06 Sep 2012

For those of you that are Horror Movie Freaks like me, you will love this movie. It is shot in old school 16 mm film and has that 70's to 80's vibe to it, even so much as the details like the credits at the beginning of the film.

I am really starting to dig the stuff that Ti West directs. This is genuinely scary stuff that stands on it's own laurels against a backwash of current horror flicks which simply try and out-mimic one another.
