To my surprise, two women wrote this horribly sexist film. Of course there is the bubblegum message at the end, but minus the final act the film suggests that in order to attract men, women must be stupid and dress like prostitutes.
On the upside, Faris' performance is extremely committed and generates a few laughs but it's not enough to stop me from hanging my head in shame. Get it together, girls.
