Review of The House (2017) by Mitch R — 07 Jul 2017

Maybe it's because I went into this movie expecting it to be awful that I actually came out pleasantly surprised. I thought the plot was fresh, some one-liners are hilarious and Jason Mantzoukas steals the show as Frank.

I'll admit Will Ferrell and Amy Poehler fell a little flat for me, but in the end it was just a fun comedy. I was entertained and at roughly 80 minutes run time, I didn't feel it dragged.
