Review of The House (2017) by Hrant B — 03 May 2018
The House stars Will Ferrell and Amy Poehler who play parents to a high school graduate that is hoping to land a scholarship made available by the city. When her funds are not made available, the parents decide to play house and have illegal gambling to raise enough funds for their daughter to attend the college of her dream.
This was my least favorite Will Ferrell flick, with a good cast, but run down script. There were many Goodfellas instances that didn't seem humorous. It was an ok flick I wouldn't watch it again.
