Review of The Hours (2002) by Dfw F — 27 Jan 2010
The film is a triumph due to the powerhouse performances given by all the actors. The female leads are excellent in wrestling with their character's moral dilemmas and the male leads support the proceedings so well.
This is a slow paced film with very little action, and more talk and emotions but I think it speaks to the target audience: women. Men will enjoy the film but perhaps not as deeply as the female audience.
