Review of The Hound of the Baskervilles (1939) by Rachael H — 14 Oct 2010
This is the original adaptation of a popular Sherlock Holmes story. Having only scene one other story from this era, I can't compare them very well other than to say they were both worth about the same entertainment value.
There are good performances from the supporting cast but the ending was a bit of an anti-climax...
