I really liked this movie. I watch a lot of Science Fiction and I don't watch many Romance movies. I liked the concepts of alien invasion where the aliens could learn the human side of the situation.

I liked that this movie was not set in a dark, scary, entirely evil setting as many alien movies are. And I liked the ending. I think that many of the bad ratings are coming from the wrong audience watching the movie expecting something entirely different than what it is.

I have not seen any of the Twilight movies.
