I consider myself an intelligent person, but I was lost with this movie. I just couldn't grasp what was going on half the time. Like El Topo, this does have some really amazing visuals and I love where Jodorowsky was trying to go with the film after reading about it, but as I said, I guess alot of it was just over my head.
