Funny movie about two women -- one from England, one from LA -- who trade houses for the last few weeks of December (or, a Christmas movie without the Christmas). The romance stuff is predictable and cliched, so the sole unique draw here is for the comedy.
Fortunately, there's plenty of it in stock -- enough so that when the ending you know is coming arrives, you'll still be smiling.
