My least favorite movie in the Hobbit trilogy. The film introduces us to many subplots that all feel like they were added to pad the film's run time. These subplots include one of the worst love triangles in film history.
And if you want the climatic battle scene that usually serves to end these movies, I'm afraid you'll have to wait because it is tacked on to the beginning of the next film in the series for no real reason.
