I'm a big LOTR fan and thought the first Hobbit was OK typical visual candy and decent story but TDOS really took the story to another extraordinary level. The last 30 minutes of this movie blew my friggin mind.
I've never seen a movie that so seamlessly integrated mind-bending effects so effectively. Talking dragons? Really? It works.
