Review of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug (2013) by Busbfran — 28 Dec 2013

I must admit I am a massive lord of the rings fan but the hobbit is a no no. Coming into this movie not expecting much I was blown away by the first half it was fun, exciting and had some decent sets.

But after the chase down the river the movie to a turn for the worse and man if man it was dragged out. Myself and a friend fell asleep first time this has ever happened! some much was happening at once the story went a wire and is one of if not the most boring movie I have ever seen.

Waste of 3 hours and money.
