Review of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug (2013) by Ilja S — 13 Nov 2015

The problem with this movie is that while it IS a great movie, it has too many flaws to enjoy it from beginning to end. The addition of characters which add nothing to the movie makes some parts really hard to get threw, especially when you realize the movie has a 2 3/4 h runtime.

What really makes me mad is the ending. I get it that they want to build up to the finale, but after seeing the first 10 min. of the thrid movie, you realize that those 10 min. definately belonged at the end of this movie.
