I like this movie better than the previous one. It jumped right into the adventure, and there was less ridiculous, childish, cute stuff than the first one ( sleigh of bunnies? Really?). More action and Smaug was cool.
However the elf-dwarf love story was dumb, and unless your a superfan like me and read the hobbit multiple times, most viewers still probably couldn't name all the dwarfs. Points for being better then the previous film though.
Can't wait to see how they end it.
