Review of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies (2014) by Robbin D — 06 Jul 2015

Here we get another low blow from Peter Jackson from his lackluster take on Tolkien's classic novel. The film did not need to be three films for one, also, the movie lacked the scope and awesomeness of the Lord of the Rings movies.

I see them the way people saw the "Star Wars' Prequels, hoping it's going to be better, however, the movies get progressively worse. The movie had so many overlong scenes, poor visuals and terrible, pacing and also the visuals are just atrocious. It's really bad when your movie is made 15 years ago, looks better than the movies out today.

I can't defend any of the "Hobbit" films. They action scenes are overlong, non epic and snoozefest.
