It's freakin' LOTR (shut up, I know it's the Hobbit). Need I say more? No. But I will anyway. How can't you love it!? Yeah, some parts could've been polished a little more. Sure, there are creative liberties taken.
Sure, Legolas didn't NEED to be in there. Sure, the dwelf romance is sappy. But who cares!? It's still fun! It still dominates the fantasy genre! These films are one of a kind. I don't say this often, but screw the critics! I love these trilogies! Don't let anyone sway you otherwise!
