Review of The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies (2014) by Laura L — 01 Apr 2015
What with an oddly intricate plot that is difficult to follow and the killing of it's best characters (apparently unavoidable) the last of Jackson's forays into Middle Earth is eventually crushed by it's own sentimentality.
However, beautiful production design and Martin Freeman come back to save the day.
