Review of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (2012) by Kenneth T — 16 Feb 2017
I'm a big fan of the book, and while I understand the casual pace of the book would not translate into a modern trilogy, I miss the simple themes. I hate when technology replaces story, and the scenes in goblin town are just horrible (an excuse to show off high frame rate).
I wish the hobbit could have been a two movie deal.
