Review of The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey (2012) by Adam T — 16 Feb 2017

The version that should have been released in cinemas! Don't get me wrong, I loved the theatrical release, but I felt it was missing a scene that really stuck in my mind since the first time I read the book.

So I'm very happy to see that one of the new scene in the extended edition contains the "Down to Goblin Town" song. Although the words have been altered slightly the general essence of it is still there to complete the film.
