Review of The Hobbit (1977) by Matt D — 20 Jul 2007
Aside from the poor (far less than 24-frame) animation, the style is designed to resemble Tolkien's own sketches, the characters and voicework are great, and all around it's a good treatment of the classic tale.
Best part: The Riddles in the Dark scene actually manages to improve the way it was done in the book.
