Okay, so the Orcs look like overinflated bullfrogs with horns riding wolves, Smaug looks like a cat with flashlights for eyes, the elves in Mirkwood look like I've imagined Orcs, and the spiders have immense eyebrows.
It tells the story fairly well, and the songs are pretty good, but the animation bothers me. Other than that, it's a pretty good film.
