Probably the funniest duo action flick I've seen in a long time. WAY more amusing and entertaining than Rush Hour. LOTS of swearing, and character development. The main russian bad guy (Gary Oldman) has an aweful russian accent though.
But Overall, I REALLY recommend this film, if you enjoy rampant hilarious swearing back and forth, with an always light sense of humor :).
