Review of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (2005) by Dokalu — 06 Apr 2015
This movie is really nice and it is hilarious, it portrays everything that is in the book, and it does it really well. It's not the same story, is a little bit changed with some important plot details that are different from the book, but that, instead of bothering me actually makes me like this movie even more, because there are things that are going to amaze you anyway even if you read the book, which I did. The acting was somewhat nice, not absolutely perfect, but there are some good thing. Zooey Deschannel did an excellent job, and also did Martin Freeman, the rest of them weren't that good. The music was pretty amazing. I think that this has one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard at the begining of a movie.
Sadly, there isn't too much emotion trough it, and it has a lot of clichés. Nothing to really worry about though, but it really lows down its score. If you read the book and liked, or if you want to see a nice science fiction movie, watch it, without doubt.
Real score: 7.
