This isn't the best adaption that could have been done. One could argue that the 1980's version was much better. And, for the most part they would be right.
Yet, there is something here that makes this movie fun. It's Sam Rockwell, it's Zooey, it's Martin, it's Alan. They are all a lot of to watch, and it comes across in the film wonderfully.
