The Hitcher (2007) is a remake. The original from 1986 is far more superior in my books. Sean Bean was good as the creepy hitch-hiker but cannot compare him to the excellent performance to Rutger Hauer from the original.
I wish Hollywood would stop making lame remakes of good movies of the past.
