An ok attempt to re-make a classic for todays audience but still Nowhere near as good as the original 1986 version. Sean Bean is the best part of the movie out-acting everyone else, but hes still not a scratch on Rutgar Hauer from the original.
Didnt like the way that they swopped the two key characters around and made the girl the herorine? To me it just didnt work as well. Another thing I found this movie lacked, was unlike the original it had no element of mystery or suprize.
If you havnt heard of the "Hitcher" movie, watch the 1986 classic first.
