This is the best example of by-the-hair-on-your-ass pure non-stop, action. From the very first moment, to the last scene, it just wont let you go. I'm still not sure why most people dislike this movie, could be that most of them are comparing it and outdated 80's version.
.. It all comes down to taste, at the end of the day, so don't listen to the naysayers and give it a look.
