Review of The History Boys (2006) by Dementia B — 20 Apr 2008
It was pretty cute. Good dialogue, but the whole thing feels like a play (as adaptations from plays often do). For some reason, theater dialogue often sounds stilted and unrealistic in movies, maybe because we expect more realism from our films.
I enjoyed it anyway, though my silly side really wanted just ONE kiss for chrissake!!
