Review of The History Boys (2006) by Alan P — 20 Sep 2008
It's a very sad sign of the times when you struggle to follow an English language film because it's too cleaver. Ripped from it's original stage format, Alan Bennet once again proves he is an untouchable voice in screenplay, a master of his craft.
Trouble is, he can be a little too good for todays dumber (and I include myself in this sorry state) audience. Surprised with how the film turned out thought.
