Review of The History Boys (2006) by Husna H — 12 Aug 2011

There's smth abt british films. I think they feel more real & honest in telling their stories compared to hollywood movies. or maybe it's just me. but i'd say this particular film is quite a fascinating watch.

8 bright young boys + 3 eccentric teachers + 1 ambitious headmaster, each with issues of his/her own, all with the same aim: to enroll the boys in Oxford or Cambridge. a simple story, but well presented.

I am piqued to see its theatre version ;p.
