Review of The Hills Have Eyes (2006) by James P — 30 Dec 2011
Disturbing at first then surprisingly gripping when the tables started to turn against the bad guys.
There was a clear effort to do something unpredictable which was refreshing albeit rushed at times.
The girl in the red coat jumping off the cliff was such a waste it actually pissed me off. It reinforced the usual and boring approach to these kinds of films that "they all ought to die" After all, they're ugly.
