I must have been pissed when I bought this (and the first one) on DVD. This film seems to poke fun at the US National Guard, which is ok by me, and is fucking brutal and gory in places. The plot is as you'd expect, a 'last man standing' type affair against the creepy creatures that lurk in the old mines.
Reasonable, and worth watching only if you can stomach the horrific rape scenes.
