Personal favorite of mine. I remember seeing this on cable as a kid and was sucked in from the opening, and still one of the best, car chase scenes. Also, seeing that older guy rocking out to Concrete Blonde is etched in my brain.
Cheesy sci-fi that's just plain fun.
