Review of The Help (2011) by Annias B — 05 Sep 2012
This is a movie I would recomend to most. The story telling gets a little uneven BUT the overall movie itself is very satisfying. We have not received a movie like this in quite some time. It also tells a part of our history that we are still dealing with on many levels.
Not the best, but defieltly worth seeing. My opinion, Oscar nominations should go to Octavia Spencer who played "Minny", and Jessica Chastain who played "Celia Foot". These were two very strong performances and characters.
